Welcome Fifth & Sixth Graders!!! The 2022-23 school year will mark my fourteenth year teaching. I am a proud graduate of Clovis High School and I received my Bachelors degree in Liberal Studies and my Masters degree in Reading Instruction from Fresno State.

When I'm not teaching, I like to spend time with my husband of 32 years, Derrik, and my three children, Austin (26), Ashley (23), and Adam (21). Austin & Adam race asphalt sprint cars in the King of the Wing sprint car series, and the Gunslingers sprint car series. Austin graduated from Fresno State with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Administration and owns Carter Taekwondo. Ashley graduated from Fresno State with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and she is a morning news anchor for KBOI Channel 2 in Boise, Idaho. Adam is attending Western Governors University and owns a screen printing/advertising business, Hyper Print Comany. When we aren't racing, we enjoy camping in the mountains and spending time at the beach. I look forward to getting to know each and every one of you this year!
