Here is an example of how your writing journal should look. Notice where the date is written, where you should begin writing your response, and notice that it is written as a solid paragraph. While your writing may not be as long as mine, as 6th graders, I have an expectation that you should be able to write 3 or more sentences each journal entry. 

*Note: If your handwriting is difficult to read, please consider slowing down and forming your letters properly and carefully.
