About me

My name is Dara Seibert-Gaeth. I am a wife and a mother of 6 awesome kids (ages 17-27). I have been married to my amazing husband (who is also a teacher) for 23 years. I love people and love teaching! 

This is my 7th year of full-time teaching kindergarten and my 4th year as the drama director here at Boris Elementary! 

I substitute taught for 4 years prior to taking on this position at Boris Elementary.  I have taught K, 1st, 2nd, and TK doing long-term sub positions here.  Prior to that I was a push-in reading Instructional Assistant at Fancher Creek Elementary.  Before teaching I focused most of my attention on my family and worked part-time (for 12 years) in the area of Physical Therapy teaching therapeutic techniques to people with chronic pain conditions. 

My hobbies include walking my dog, hiking, exercising, watching the sunrise, going to the lake and beach with my family, eating, and hanging out with friends and family.  

Fun facts about me:  I have a one year old grandson.  I am also a twin!
