We understand the difficulty when you are at home with your child and are unable to access her/his digital resources because of a forgotten password.
Our technology department developed a portal where you are able to reset your child's password.
Requirements/Steps for successful password reset are:
Your cell phone number is in ParentConnection and you are the student's parent/guardian.
If you don't have your cell phone listed in our system or need to change it, follow these instructions.
You know your student's ID number.
Use the above site to reset the student's password and once completed, the student can navigate to clever.cusd.com to verify the password is working. Please note, once the password reset process is started, it must be completed within 15 minutes and if that cannot be done, the process cannot be started again until the previous session expires.
