Cheer and Spirit Information

The Hirayama Cheer & Spirit Program is open to all 3rd – 6th grade students.  Our teams consist of Competition Cheer (Hot Shots - 4th-6th graders), Game Cheer (Flames - 4th-6th graders), and Spirit Squad (Little Sparks - 3rd graders). We hold try-outs in the spring to place students on the appropriate squad. Game and Spirit Squad members cheer at home football and basketball games. They also cheer at a Clovis East Elementary Night Football Game and Clovis East Spirit Night. The Competition Cheer team will do all of the above, plus compete at local competitions.
