What is a one pager?

• One pagers allows students to summarize the main ideas, characters, themes, or key events in stories. It makes learning more interactive and memorable, as your child actively processes the information and expresses it visually and verbally. 

What is Word Problem Wednesday?

• It is a weekly exercise, where students tackle a word problem in groups. These problems present a mathematical scenario or question in written form, requiring students to work together to extract relevant information, identify the appropriate mathematical operations, and arrive at a solution.  

How is my student practicing Organization?

• In class, students are using binders and folders to keep their work organized. We work using multiple note taking methods to keep learned material organized as well!
