Buchanan High School Chapter #1121

Seniors who have earned four of the last six semesters (one of which must be from senior year) of CSF membership qualify for Lifetime status. ONLY students who qualify with their first senior semester receive an intivation to the CSF Award Ceremony. Those qualifying with second senior semester to will miss ceremony but be in time for graduation ceremony.

Please check the TOTAL CSF SEMESTER COUNTS BY I.D. NUMBER doc in the middle column to check for membership acceptance. If ID number is there, student has qualified for that semester. If not, an email explaining why will be issued.

Please contact advisor Mrs. Constable at brookconstable@cusd.com with any questions AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. It is students' responsibility to follow up with membership concerns.

Spring and Fall Application Information + Membership Donations

Important Reminder: In CSF, students can only apply for semester credit AFTER they have received grades for that semester.

Spring 2027 application period will be 9/1/27 - 9/30/27 midnight. Application link below will be shared via this site and English classes and be live during the above window only:

SPRING 2026 CSF APPLICATION

Beginning the week of 10/12/26 parents and applicants may open the Total CSF Semester Count link to check for the most current qualifying student ID numbers organized by grad year and semester number. If a student has been denied membership, an email will be sent to the cusdstudent email address and a refund will be issued.

FALL 2026 CSF APPLICATION

Membership Donations

Current Buchanan CSF membership donations are $10 and may be paid via this link (there may be a small fee associated with this convenience). Students may also bring $10 cash or checks made to Buchanan High School to Mrs. Constable in room 151 outside of class time. Cash or check donations can be taken after application deadline, but online donations cannot.

Important Note: If you'd like to pay the $10 semester donation electronically, paste the Revtrak link into a new window, proceed with the donation, and COME BACK TO SUBMIT the application. Paying via Revtrak DOES NOT ALSO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION. No late applications are accepted.

CSF Lifetime Membership Info.

Seniors who have earned four of the last six semesters (one of which must be from the senior year) of CSF credit qualify for Lifetime Membership. See links and information below.

The honor of CSF Lifetime Membership brings many benefits:

acknowledgment at the graduation ceremony
the golden tassels to be worn over the graduation gown
the lamp of knowledge pin
an official CSF certificate
an official stamp on final transcript

AND, for seniors who qualify for Lifetime Membership with semester 1 of senior year,

will receive...

an invitation to the CSF Awards Ceremony on Monday March15, 2027 at the Clovis Veterans Memorial District at 7:00pm.

Ceremony attendees will receive their awards at the ceremony. Non-attendees (those who either choose not to attend or who will qualify with their 2nd senior semester) will get them when they pick up graduation cap and gown.

Student ceremony tickets are covered and their three guest tickets are $15 each (cash or check made to Clovis Unified School District). Tickets can be purchased starting the week of 2/22/27 out of Office 100 with Mrs. Holtermann.

**Spring 2027 Membership Applications will be available for the CLASS OF 2027 ONLY during the month of April 2026. Those in the class of 2028, 2029, and 2030 will be allowed to apply in September 2027.

Spring 2027 applications will be the last opportunity a senior has to qualify for the CSF Lifetime Membership. More information about this is forthcoming.

At the start of April 2027, seniors will be able to open the Spring '27 application in the middle column of this page as well as click this link for the online membership donation. Seniors may also bring $10 cash or check made to Buchanan High School to room 151. Applications and status of membership will be shared directly with Lifers and Potential Lifers via a 2027 CSF Google Classroom to which the advisor will have assigned them.
