Payment Policies:
1. We accept Visa/MasterCard/Discover and Cash. If paying by cash, please provide the exact amount. We do not keep cash on the premises.
2. There will be a $10.00 late fee applied in the 3rd and 4th week of every session. If we still have not received a payment by the 4th week, the child will be dropped from the class.
Make-up Policy
We do not allow make-ups. Arrangements will be made by the Academy for holidays and closures.
Dropping Classes/Refunds
1. If you want to drop a class please notify the front desk.
2. There are no refunds! You can transfer your money to another class (Dance class only) or it can remain on credit here at the Academy for 6 months.
3. There is an annual fee of $40.00 per family due in annually in session 1. If you drop and wish to return you will have to pay a pro-rated amount of the annual fee.
Trial Classes
1. You must fill out a pink card and inform the front desk prior to class trial.
2. A $15.00 trial fee will be charged per trial class. If you choose to enroll in class then the $15.00 will be used towards your enrollment fee.
3. If the class is CLOSED you will not be able to try class.
Dress Codes
1. Ballet Class: pink tights, a black leotard, pink ballet shoes and hair in a bun
2. Jazz/pep jazz Class: Dance attire and Jazz shoes
3. Hip Hop Class: Loose clothing and tennis shoes
4. Tap/Ballet Combo Class: Dance attire and tap shoes/ballet shoes
5. No jewelry allowed in any class
Recital
1. We have 2 recitals per year. Our 1st show is in December and our final show is in June.
(Participation is not mandatory)
Parents and friends are allowed to view classes from the observation areas only. Please do not disturb a class in progress and leave the instruction to the teacher. No one is allowed in office or in the dance or gym areas unless enrolled in a class and teacher is present.
