About

What is the Transition Program?

Mission

The mission of the Clovis Area Transition Program is to ensure that all students will be given every opportunity to maximize their potential in the areas of Mind, Body, and Spirit. Graduates will have the skills to build relationships and connect to resources that will help meet their academic, social and emotional needs.

Vision

The vision of the Clovis Area Transition Program is to create opportunities for students by connecting them with resources to help maximize their success. Our goal is to teach students how to be resilient, advocate for themselves, and seek opportunities that are best suited to them. Our team will provide the necessary tools for students to become self-sufficient beyond high school and beyond our program. We are preparing them for tomorrow, today.

GiVE CULTURE - GiVE the best of yourself. See the best in others.
