Student Data Privacy
Federal and state laws mandate companies acknowledge requirements digital platforms must follow regarding student data privacy (see graphic below). CUSD strives to ensure our student data is safe and requires a privacy policy in place before we allow student data to be shared. If there is a digital platform you want to use, be sure to check the Student DPA database below. If your digital platform is not present reach out to your IT Coach or sherrijohnston@cusd.com with the following information to start the process of procuring a CA Student Data Privacy Agreement.
