Students who participate in Robotics use creativity and persistence to solve problems. Students use skills in problem solving, coding, and STEM knowledge to complete tasks.
The Clover Hill Robotics is a new club designed to offer Clover Hill High School students opportunities to learn essential STEM skills through robotics. The club also allows students to participate in robotics related events and to support community outreach on robotics.
The Robotics Club is open to all students with an interest in robotics, and students can join the club any time during the school year. Student members are expected to pay club dues and participate in club activities. Meetings will be on Mondays once or twice a month from 3:15 - 4:15.

No. Robotics isn’t just about competition, it’s also about learning. Many people with absolutely no experience come out of robotics programs with skills that can help them with their academics, careers, and lives.
This year, Clover Hill will most likely have a Robotics Club and will look into potentially having a Robotics Team in the future. The Robotics Club is a typical after school activity that will meet once or twice a month. In the future the Robotics Team is separate from the club and may meet outside of school times to participate in competitions that require students to design, build, and program robots. Members of the Club can choose to participate on the Team.
