Our Challenge
This role will lead and manage technical development and administration of the application environments. Responsibilities will include assessment, design, implementation, and support of application Role Based Access Controls (RBAC), managing system updates and maintenance activities, scheduling and monitoring job processes, developing, monitoring and troubleshooting system integrations, workflows and reports, and improving overall system governance. This role is also responsible for working with third-party vendors and ensuring that all risk and compliance processes and controls are followed for SOX, SOC1, SOC2 and yearly financial auditing.
The Role
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test and implement integrations with other applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Financials Cloud (ERP), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and other tools.
Design, develop, test and implement system workflows within Oracle Cloud Applications using Oracle Business Process Management (BPM) and Fusion ERP
Develop custom reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
As technical owner, monitor and manage job scheduling, integrations, workflows, OTBI reports, audit logs and minor customizations
Administer system access and data security ensuring compliance with internal controls
Initiate and develop application, access and data security improvement initiatives and work with analysts and business leads to understand security requirements
Monitor system performance and manage application maintenance and incident activities including refreshes, outages, updates, patching·
Manage accounts and subscriptions to ensure the organization is appropriately licensed based on usage analysis
Steer requirements gathering with stakeholders and work with other developers and application analysts to engineer solutions
Analyze quarterly updates identifying new enhancements with high potential for business process improvement
Lead efforts to automate standard, repetitive tasks, or tasks where automation may remove variability and recurring human error
Drive innovation and digital transformation within and around the application set using new technologies such as Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
Lead the management of incoming Incidents and Service Requests and coordinate resolution with internal and external support partners
Maintain and improve audit controls for system access and change management
Develop and run reports supporting control procedures and audit requests
Stay current on system changes
Recommend and develop technical procedures and policies supporting the applications
You are:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or related field required
Minimum Five (5) years’ experience implementing and supporting Oracle Financials Cloud Applications (including Payables, Expenses, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Receivables, Procurement, Business Process Management) and Oracle Business Process Management (BPM), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Oracle Integrations Cloud (OIC)
Minimum Five (5) years’ experience in application security for Oracle Financials Cloud Applications and managing, business process controls, implementations and assessments
Minimum Two (2) years’ experience supporting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Applications (Auto Reconciliation, Financial Close and Consolidation and Financial Planning applications)
High level of proficiency writing and analyzing SQL and XML
