Yes, even though the Cisco FSO platform is a cloud-based platform, all CloudFabrix modules can be deployed on-premise in the customer's data center. Modules can also be installed in the customer's cloud account as well. 

Typically the Modules can be brought up in a single VM, for Pilot and small environments (<2000 assets). Medium to large environments may need additional VMs to be added to the CloudFabrix cluster.

CloudFabrix offers an Observability Data Modernization Solution (ODMS) that allows the creation of New FSO modules or the customization of existing modules, based on customer needs and environment specifics. For example, sometimes customers may have a mix of different vendors (ex: Firewalls, etc.) or different environments (ex: Manufacturing, IOT, etc.), which don't fit into existing modules. 

Observability Data Modernization has two parts:

• Module Creation: Ability to create or customize FSO Modules 

• Data Ingestion: Ability to convert and ingest proprietary telemetry into the New FSO module

ODMS is a licensable add-on component that needs to be factored during the sales/budgeting process.

CloudFabrix modules are available in the Cisco FSO Platform Exchange. CloudFabrix modules are also available as part of FSO Bundles. See below.

The modules are generally licensed based on the number of assets discovered and ingested by CloudFabrix.

CloudFabrix provides support for the modules. CloudFabrix Support Center (CSC) is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to offer 24x7 product support. Customers can create trouble tickets on the CloudFabrix portal.

CloudFabrix modules can be upgraded without any disruptions to the FSO platform. CloudFabrix uses Microservices and Containers architecture, providing 

POCs or Pilot projects can typically be implemented within a 6 to 8-week timeframe, depending on the environment size, complexity, and other people/process dependency issues. CloudFabrix assembles an X-functional team to collaborate with the Cisco account team through the POC journey, including ideation, use case evaluation, planning, implementation, and hand-off. 

CloudFabrix POC team typically consists of an Account Executive, a Product/Program Manager, and one or two Solutions architects.

Like Cisco, CloudFabrix is also partner-driven and will work with any VAR/SI involved in the deal.
