The Kererū team is made up of Room 11 Year 1 and 2's and Room 12 Year 2's.
Our Kererū children see themselves as capable learners and feel proud of their achievements. We encourage whānau to visit our classrooms before and after school so the tamariki can share their learning.
In Kererū, we provide a programme with lots of opportunities for children to share their interests and strengths and have choices in their learning.

A special thanks to Lynn, a parent at Wakefield school, for sharing her knowledge of the Chinese New Year with classes recently. We have loved learning about the traditional stories and performances from Chinese culture.
