Week 4
Another busy week in R18/19 this week - lots of assessment, swimming and of course...Room 19s assembly item!
In maths we had a go at this fantastic number problem. We found it tricky - you have to listen carefully to the instructions and try to think of different options and orders on how to cross the bridge.
For our topic we are looking at 'pests' and 'natives' and have talked about the negative impact of introducing animals, like possums and deer, to places they don't belong. Today, we watched a video about re-introducing animals that do belong to an eco-system. It's a cool video and I've added another to watch at home.
This week we've also been doing swimming lessons. Today we got to put on life jackets for some water safety.
