Sept 14th 2026
Hi Everyone!
I wanted to send out an update with some important dates coming up this week!
We are still starting to get into the swing of things! Tonight your child will bring home their homework bag, in it being their homework folder and some sheets to read over. This week will be a bit different than most as it is going to take some time to assess the kiddos reading levels! We want homework books to challenge them but not make it feel impossible. I am going to send that home today and then any questions you have one it you can bring to meet the teacher night!
For this week just practice high frequency words, writing and spelling and then practice a way of skip counting!
Important Dates
Wednesday Sept 16th and Thursday Sept 17th - If I receive info on the exact date for our class I will send another email!
Thursday Sept 17th - Meet the Teacher night. Two sessions 6pm and 6:30pm, it would be lovely to meet you all!
Reminder! Please send in a fork or spoon even if your child is ordering a lunch, they do tend to run out quickly at the office!
