Pick a number between 0-10 to represent in the following ways:
Word - four
Print - 4
Tally Marks - llll
Two Parts - l lll
Picture- X X X X
Dice- Draw a dice showing four
Ten Frame - Draw a ten frame showing four
Material:
Use a number dice, place white stickers over the numbers and print a color or symbol of the counter you will be using.
Ten Frame or two if you’re going above 10
Counters can be buttons, cereal, cotton balls, beads, bread clips, etc., you’ll need to colors/kind of counter ( 1 cotton ball & 1 cereal)
Children roll the cube and name the color/symbol. Take a color/symbol rolled out of the basket and place it in a square on the ten frame. Continue rolling the cube and placing a color/symbol on the ten frame until the whole frame is full (one color/symbol per square). Then have your child sort the color/symbol they have by putting them into their own groups in a line. Count how many of each. Which has the most, least, or same amount? keep playing!
Another way to play: You can also make the ten frame, place it inside a sheet protector and use a whiteboard marker to draw in the ten frame using two different symbols ( x & O)

5 Up or 7 Up
Lay five to seven cards face down in a row.
On your turn pick one card from the deck and put it in the correct numerical order. Ex. 3 goes in the 3 spot.
Continue to place cards in order until you cannot go. Place the last card turned over in the discard pile and the next person goes.
On your turn if you pick a card that is above 5-7 then your turn is finished.
Winner has all cards turned over in the correct order.
Highest or Lowest
Each player has a pile of 10 cards.
Decide if you're playing high or low.
At the same time each player turns 1 card over and the highest/lowest number wins the round and collects the cards.
If the cards are equal, playes flip another card over until the round is won.
Winner has the most piles at the end.
Decide if you're counting on or back and determin how many rounds you will play.
On your turn flip over a card and count on/back from that number to a given number (10-20)
If successful you collect a point.
Winner collects the most points.
