This is our new form of communication from school to home. This site will be used as our classroom blog, there is also a student button where I will put activities for the students page where I will put videos and activities for the students to use. This parents page is where I will put special announcements and pictures of our activities for parents, guardians and family members to enjoy.

See Calendar Tab for the school calendar. I will add specialty days in there as well.

We are working very hard on our names. We are working on discovering the names of the letters in our names and finding our names around the room. I mistakenly printed two copies of a crayon name game so I am sending one set home incase you want to practice at home too!

Each month we will have new little books that feature our name. After each month I will send these home. These are great little books because they not only feature our names they also have lots of sight words in them.

This is our classroom pet Charlie. Charlie likes a quiet classroom where their friends are being nice and using their inside voices.

KA did and excellent job wearing and learning about Orange Shirt Day!

We have been working on strengthening our scissor skills by cutting straws. Today we used those straws to make necklaces (some magic) and bracelets.
