September:

Students will be completing our "Math Bootcamp", where we review concepts taught in previous grades and gain practice in areas of weakness. We will mainly be working on this in class, but some may be asked to complete some work at home if more review is needed. 

Next week,  we will be working on exploring the math around us. Students will choose an everyday activity and will be required to find at least 3 different ways math is used in their chosen activities. They will be creating a poster of this that will be displayed on the bulletin boards in class. The final good copy of this will be due at a date that is yet to be determined.
