If you could make one wish come true, what would your wish be and why?


For today’s Physical Activity Challenge, create a home hallway obstacle course using items around your home.

- Place these objects and work on maneuvering through them frontways, sideways and backwards at different speeds

- Try to move through as a different animal, such as hopping like a bunny or crawling like a crab

- Now, challenge someone in your house to try out your course

An important part of learning to be more "growth minded" is being open to others feedback to better yourself. Share some feedback that you've recieved that has helped you be your best you! It can be from anyone... a teacher, a coach, a friend, a parent, etc.
