Cassie represents the Malpeque riding in PEI for the New Democratic Party. 

She is aware of the challenges rural riding is facing and is working for strong suitable solutions. She is an advocate for better public transit, connecting neighborhoods in her community with the reliability and quality the residents deserve. 

Cassie recognizes the importance of small businesses, as a small business owner of Shooting Star Social Media. She worked as a substitute teacher in the public school system, she is very aware of the needs of the education program, parents, and the younger generation. In her spare time, she volunteers with Health PEI leading events for team Jagmeet.
