Homework

The first day of each week, your child will chose 4 books to take home during the week. (1 per night unless given by resource)

The books your child will be bringing home will be ones he/she chose for the week.

Please remember that Homework should only be 20 min or less each night! If you are finding homework is taking longer, please stop and contact me. That way we can work together to find a solution.

Homework will have 3 parts:

Reading 10 min (If your child is reading a longer book and does not finish in 10 min., they can take the same

book home the next night.

Word Work We will be following Fundations programing

(4-5 min)

Math Each night they will have some math work to practice the skills we have been working on. ( 4-5 min)

This Week's Homework

Homework will start the week of Sept. 8th

For the first week of written homework, we will practice completing it in school.
