Parent Teacher Interviews

 The online booking system for Parent Teacher Interviews will go live Monday February 24th at 8:00 am.  

Parent teacher interviews will happen in person on March 6th and 7th.  

The online booking instructions are outlined below.

1. Go to our school appointments web page: https://gsp.parentteacherconferences.net

 2. If you created an account in the Fall , you will not need to create a new account. (Your username and password will be the same)

If you did not participate in the Fall interviews at Glen Stewart Primary, you will need to create a new account. You can register for an account by clicking the "REGISTER" menu tab and filling in the on-line form. Choose a user id and password for yourself and then click the "Register Now" button.  

3. Add your children into the system by clicking the "Add a Student" button. Press "Insert New" button to add more children

4. From February 24th  (at 8:00 am) until February 28th (2:00 pm) you will be able to click the calendar icon beside each child's name to schedule appointments. Select the staff you wish to book appointments with and the "View Calendars" button.

5. Click on available time slots to book your appointments. Please touch base with your child's teacher if you plan to book multiple appointment times. CAUTION: Click only once and wait, double clicking may bring up an error message or undo your selection!

**Important note: If you require an interpreter for your interview you will need to make arrangements with your child’s classroom teacher before booking your interview online.

It's February! 

Dates to remember: 

Feb. 3rd- PD day- no school for students

Feb. 14th- Valentines Day- The students can bring in Valentines to give to their classmates. I sent home the class pictures last week and I told the kids that this would be a great way to look at the names for their valentines, if they want to get started now. (We have a new student starting on Tuesday and his name is Wilson.) I will also be sending home a class list this week in their homework bags that they can use for writing on their valentines. I have extra blank valentines if anyone needs them, just send me a message (sgbradley@edu.pe.ca) and I will put them in your child's homework bag.  

Because of the storm day we will celebrate Valentines day on Tuesday, Feb. 18th :)

Feb. 17th- Islander Day- no school for students
