7th – 13th February is Children’s Mental Health Week – the theme is Growing together. It is also Race Equality Week with this year’s theme being #ActionNotJustWords. The first updates in this week’s email reflect these and the resources will continue to be relevant after half term.
Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families: To celebrate Children's Mental Health Week, we have created a Growing together toolkit which celebrates diversity in all its forms and also launched a new podcast series discussing racism and mental health in schools. Our early years team have launched new sections for our Working with families facing challenges online resource and a range of resources and videos to support the personal, social and emotional development of under 5s.
