My name is Ashley Ross, M.A., CADC-DP, and I am the founder of CLNN Detroit (Called. Led. Nurtured. New). I am passionate about personal growth, recovery support, and helping individuals build stable and meaningful lives. I completed my undergraduate studies at Bowling Green State University, and I earned my Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling with a concentration in Life Coaching and Community Care from Liberty University. I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Psychology.
I am a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Development Plan professional in Michigan and a Certified Recovery Coach. I am also DWIHN certified. I have experience providing recovery support and leading recovery groups, helping individuals strengthen emotional resilience, develop healthier coping skills, and build routines that support sobriety and stability. My approach blends trauma informed care, attachment awareness, emotional development, and practical life skills.
I am actively working toward full CADC licensure through supervised experience and continued professional development. I am committed to ethical and collaborative practice, and I refer clients to licensed treatment providers when clinical services are needed.
I also have professional experience in case management, where I work directly with individuals and families to connect them to community resources, develop service plans, and support long term progress. Advocacy, accountability, and sustainable change are at the center of my work.
In addition to my human services and recovery coaching work, I offer small business coaching for new entrepreneurs who want a thinking partner to develop ideas, structure services, and create realistic business plans. I enjoy helping others gain clarity, confidence, and direction as they launch and grow their businesses.
As an entrepreneur, I have developed and hosted community events through CLNN Detroit, including self love and empowerment events, community resource initiatives, and professional development opportunities. Building community and creating spaces for growth is an important part of my mission.
I work with both women and men who are seeking direction, stability, growth, or support in their personal lives, recovery journey, or business goals. My mission is to walk alongside my clients with compassion, integrity, and purpose, helping them become the best version of themselves.
Thank you for you time and consideration! I hope to work with you soon.Â
