Mission and Vision 

Mission Statement: 

The mission of the Ricardo Estrada Middle School Counseling Program is to provide a developmental and comprehensive Heart First curriculum fostering the academic, social-emotional, and  college/career growth of all students and equipping them to become self-actualized, productive community members.

Vision Statement: 

The vision of the Ricardo Estrada Middle School Counseling Program is to provide a safe environment for nurturing the personal, social-emotional, and academic well-being of all students, empowering them to reach their individual and collective full potential.
