Your administrator will be sending you a link to the Zoom meeting.

• You will need to click on the meeting, and a download will start.
• Due to our local policy on all laptops, you will not be able to click to run the installer from the downloads page.
• You have to go to the downloads file (see below), and drag and drop the file (ZoomInstaller) that was downloaded to the desktop.
• Once the file is on the desktop, you can double click it to run.
• You will only have to do this the first time you access Zoom. Afterwards, it will automatically do it.
• Note: If you have a personal device, you should be able to download it automatically.
• IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, PLEASE BRING YOUR LAPTOP ON MONDAY AND WE CAN HELP SET IT UP. ALL CERTIFIED STAFF (TEACHERS, COUNSELORS, PE COACHES, CIS, ETC) ARE EXPECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ZOOM MEETINGS.
