Clint ISD Miner Teacher Residency Program Mission
Our mission is to prepare teacher residents to become high-quality educators who excel in learner-centered, innovative, engaging instruction. We believe in fostering a safe and inclusive space that promotes the well-being and growth of every student. We aim to equip our residents with effective strategies and methods to foster resilience, ensuring their success and long-term retention as teachers. Additionally, our program focuses on providing teacher residents with the necessary resources and support to be fully prepared to teach Day-1 in our Clint ISD schools.
