BIOGRAPHY

My name is Isaura Carrillo. I graduated from The University of Texas at El Paso in 2003 with a bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies. Additionally I am certified in Bilingual and Special Education. I have been teaching for over fifteen years and I am happy to had joined the Red Sands team.

PHILOSOPHY

My belief is that students without a quality education are deprived of their potential to achieve outstanding goals. A good teacher not only teaches, she or he has to be a nurse, counselor, and a substitute parent during the time the child is at school. I will continue to expand my teaching career because I want to keep learning, teaching, and finding new and exciting methods to assist children in their learning process.
