Regional Director Inspection

Every other year the regional director for Region 1 inspects MCJROTC programs within their area of responsibility. This inspection is one of the most important events that our program participates in. Cadets are subjected to many different phases of the inspection. The personnel inspection reflects a civilian job interview. Cadets are inspected in the proper wear of the assigned uniform, hygiene, and their ability to answer questions with poise and maturity. Cadets are inspected on how they lead and manage a platoon of cadets while performing precision drill movements. Lastly, the cadet leadership staff is expected to conduct a presentation of the program's accomplishments and provide recommendations for improvements. They also present areas of responsibility that are paramount to the function of any MCJROTC program. The areas presented are Administration, Training, Supply, Public Affairs.
