The CCMS Jazz Band meets from January to June.  It is fully integrated into the school activities and community.  We Perform at many events at the end of the year. Here are a few we are involved in: CHS “Jazz Café”, Spring Concert, Open House, etc.

Mr. Hayward has very high expectations for the students and the work they have to accomplish to learn this great American art form.  The Jazz Band plays “classic jazz tunes” to the most modern and contemporary Jazz pieces.
