ks4 OPTIONS

After attending the options evening, speaking to staff and your parents and reading the booklet, please be prepared to have your choices made and submitted by Friday 27 February 2026. 

After your child has given their subject options full consideration, choices must be submitted online (including reserve choices) using the option choices form below. 

Choose four options plus two reserve choices.

Please order choices 2, 3 and 4 according to preference, putting your most favourite option as 2, and so on.  

The form will remain open until Friday 27 February 2026.
