to construct, equip, furnish, and/or acquire a new Football Field $7,300,000.00
to construct, equip, furnish, and/or acquire a new Intermediate School Cafeteria $1,460,000.00

TOTAL: $21,590,000.00

Description of Unpaid/Unfinished Bonds Previously Approved by Voters of the Jurisdiction:

As of the 10th day of January, 2023, Independent School District No. 6, Pawnee County, Oklahoma, has 2 General Obligation bond issue(s) outstanding:

$2,545,000 Building Bonds of 2020, dated February 1, 2020 ($1,300,000 outstanding in principal as of the 10th day of January, 2023); and

$2,545,000 Building Bonds of 2022, dated March 1, 2022 ($2,545,000 outstanding in principal as of the 10th day of January, 2023).

The School District has $3,820,000 in unissued building bonds authorized at an election held on the 12th day of January, 2016. These bonds will be used to complete the constructing, furnishing, equipping, and/or acquiring of an addition at the primary elementary school, renovations at the Vo-Ag and Alternative Education Building; and renovations, repairs and/or remodeling at school sites, as needed.

Detailed Description of the Use of Previous Bond Proceeds:

2020 Issue

Construct, furnish, equip, and/or acquire improvements at the high school to

include, but not be limited to: HVAC equipment $1,500,000.00

Construct, furnish, equip, and/or acquire a new track to include, but not be limited to: site work, asphalt, track surface, concrete footings, sidewalks and track

equipment $945,000.00

Renovate, repair and/or remodel school sites, as needed $100,000.00 2022 Issue

Construct, furnish, equip, and/or acquire improvements at the middle school to include, but not be limited to: HVAC equipment, insulation, roofing, ceiling tiles,

paint, and flooring $1,855,000.00

Construct, furnish, equip, and/or acquire improvements at the intermediate elementary school to include, but not be limited to: stage curtains, sound system,

playground shades, and turf $115,000.00

To acquire and install fencing around the track, baseball field and softball field $170,000.00 To acquire and install energy management control systems throughout the district $305,000.00 Renovate, repair and/or remodel school sites, as needed $100,000.00
