If you have forgotten your password or your password doesn't seem to be working, you can reset it without needing to contact Technology. The process is easy and can be done from any device with internet access, even your mobile phone.
1. Navigate to Rapid Identity by using your cellphone, tablet, or someone’s computer.
Alternatively, you can find the link in Staff resources on Clevelandisd.org
2. Put in your user name, most likely it's First.Lastname (no need for “@clevelandisd.org”)
3. On the password, screen click the “Forgot password” link
4. An email will be sent to your personal email address on file with a reset code
5. Enter the code in the Email Authentication screen and click “Go”
6. Now it will prompt you to change your password
