The Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) was enacted by Congress in 2000 to address concerns about children's access to obscene or harmful content over the Internet.
The COPPA rule was mandated when Congress passed the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. It defines what personal information can be collected by operators of websites, online services, and apps for children under the age of 13.

When using tools that require VERIFIABLE PARENT PERMISSION, use the forms below. Contact the digital learning department for where to scan and store signed documents.
