Professor Malloy

Hello, Everyone

This is my thirteenth year as a Science Teacher at Shelby High School.  This year I will be teaching Earth/Environmental Honors, Physical Science, and Chemistry Honors.

I graduated from Clemson University with BS and MS Degrees in Chemistry. I worked professionally for thirty-three (33) years as an engineer/scientist.  I enjoy sharing real-life work experiences in the classroom.

 In my spare time, I enjoy reading, landscaping, stargazing, and watching science shows (e.g. Discovery Channel, PBS, etc.) on television.

 My greatest joy is equipping my students with problem-solving skills that will help them to be successful in life.
