The 2022-2023 school year is upon us and I am pleased to have your child in my class. Thank you for taking the time to participate in your student's education. Your investment will do more to ensure student success than anything else!

How can you help your student be successful in American History class?

1. In Canvas, students have a link to each day's Google Slides presentation that they can review. These Slides also have their RAPs (Review and Preview warm ups) that need to be made up if a student misses class.

2. Students are always given a study guide for each Unit test. Study Guides ARE NOT the test. However, if a student knows the concepts on the Study Guide, they should be able to do well on the tests.

3. Students have access to practice quizzes through the program Quizizz if they are in EPF. Students in APUSH have formative quizzes in their College Board AP Classroom portal and on this Google site (under the Period being studied).
