It's easy to feel anxiety and stress, especially with everything going on in the world today. This video demonstrates the 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Grounding Technique to help you work through your stress and anxiety. This proven method will help calm your mind and bring your focus back to the present.
Box breathing, also known as square breathing or four-square breathing, is a technique used when taking slow, deep breaths. It can be done several times throughout the day and helps calm nerves and relieve stress. The use of breathing techniques can also be useful in the reduction of anxiety and depression. When you're not used to it, anxiety and fear might seem difficult to overcome, but there are ways to manage these feelings.

If these feelings become overwhelming, this quick mindfulness exercise can help to calm your emotions and connect your emotions to your heartbeat.
