Kiwi Can

TERM 1 WEEK 9

In KiwiCan, we had four topics: Positive Relationships, Fairness and Fair Play, Leadership, and Conflict Resolution. We played different games for each topic to show how we can play fairly and treat others with kindness, including our family, teachers, and friends.

I enjoyed KiwiCan because we were able to compete with each other while also showing fairness and kindness throughout the whole term. We really enjoyed KiwiCan, and we hope to see you again next term.

TERM 1 WEEK 7

In Kiwican, we learnt about leadership as our theme. We played Hammer as a warm-up game. My class and I had lots of fun and were exhausted. We all had turns to be a leader in our groups. At the end we didn't have time for GKQ (Quiz) but we scored alot of 5's.

TERM 1 WEEK 5

In KIWICAN, we learned about kindness and being positive to others with our topic called Positive Relationships. We also learned about playing fair during games with our subtopic Fairness and Fair Play.

We loved playing while learning our left and right during the game Moonlight, and we also enjoyed competing against each other in Hand Soccer.

KIWICAN KING WEEK 2! 🥳

TERM 1 WEEK 3

Today was our first Kiwican session. Our first topic was fair play and fairness. Our leaders for KIWICAN are Matua Sushi and Matua Ipu, and our theme is Positive Relationships.

We played fun activities like Snake rock paper scissors and 5 second tag. We are sharing this because they showed us how to be respectful, kind, and to not bully others.

We also do GKQ, which is a game that can make you smarter and help you with many things. If you win the activity, you will get a Superstar sticker.
