About Us

Clear Spouts is a local Gutter & Home Exterior cleaning service owned and operated by Xenophon Cooper, better known to colleagues, friends and business associates as "Zen Cooper". He's a native of Manning, SC and Graduate of Benedict College in Columbia, South Carolina with a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree. Shortly after graduating from college he relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2004 where he began and continued a career of managing retail and industrial establishments while creating works of art byway of drawing, painting and computer rendering (graphic design). Painting, Drawing and applying those skills to three dimensional surfaces(walls, decks, floors, home interior and exterior.....etc), has always been a hobby of his.

Zen started Clear Spouts in June 2015 with gutter cleaning and minor concrete pressure washing services but only servicing Mecklenburg, Gaston and Lincoln County North Carolina areas. Over the years, as word of mouth about our services spread, demand increased — and we responded. Clear Spouts has now relocated to Caldwell County and is now based out of the Lenoir, NC area. Our business now services residential and commercial in the following counties:

Since our founding and fast growth due to the expansion of the Charlotte market, we’ve added some services such as Gutter Installation for new and existing properties (commercial & residential), House Washing and Restoration Services of wood and masonry.
