Access to the VERGE Expo and VERGE Keynotes in the San Jose Convention Center require at least a "VERGE Networking Pass". This is included with CTO Global Forum Registration but requires separate registration. Email Ryan Hoover if you don't have a VERGE Pass yet.

11 AM - 5 PM: US Semi-Finalists Pitches - Private - Hyatt Place Hotel
6-8 PM: CTO Welcome Reception, Hyatt Place Hotel Lobby Bar. Casual, no-host, for those arriving before the official start, for the '25 cohort, alumni, volunteers, colleagues and friends.
Snacks provided; buy your own drinks/alcohol.

8-9 AM: Initial Load-In of CTO Startup Showcase Expo materials (Startups Only), Hall 3
VERGE Registration & Check-in, Convention Center
VERGE Expo, Breakouts, Workshops, Networking, Tutorials & Keynotes
9 AM - 6 PM: CTO Startup Showcase Expo in Hall 3, Convention Center
11:30-1:15 PM: CTO 1-Minute Pitches, CTO Showcase Stage, Hall 3
2:50-5 PM: CTO US National Finals Pitching to Judging Panel in Hall 3 - open to public - all welcome
5 - 6 PM: Investors Circle - Cleantech Circle: Investor Fireside Chat in Hall 3 - open to public - all welcome
4:30-6:30 PM: VERGE Opening Reception in SJCC Courtyard

VERGE Expo, Breakouts, Workshops, Networking & Keynotes
8-10:30 AM: Private CTO Investor and Partner Connect in Hall 3 - separate prior registration required by 10/17.
10:30 AM-3 PM: CTO Startup Showcase Expo in Hall 3.
3-5:30 PM: CTO Awards Ceremony and Networking in Hall 3 - The Big Event! You must be pre-registered and have your Cleantech Open Wristband on! Heavy hors d'oeuvres to eat.
5:30-7 PM then 8:30-11:59 PM: VERGE Reception, and then VERGE After Dark Party!
