Parking For USC Hotel Guests - $35/night in the USC Hotel Parking Structure

Parking for Anyone Else - $4/hr or $20 max/day

To get in, pull into the front of the hotel, drive about 50 yards further, and turn right - you'll see a booth with an attendant (but he doesn't accept payment):

Q: What should I wear for the National Academy West?

A: Business Casual Attire

Q: What should I bring with me?

A: This is a short list, including but not limited to:

1. Your fully charged cell phone

2. Your laptop & charger*
   (*NOTE: Not all seats have available power, they are first come, first served)

3. A pad of paper & writing utensils

4. Reusable water bottle, if possible

5. OPTIONAL - A power strip, if easy to bring, could allow more to get access to power

Q: Where at the USC Hotel will the National Academy be taking place?

A: It will be on the 2nd Floor in the Ballroom (at the top of the stairs)

Q: Will there be alcohol served at the reception on Friday?

A: YES! Cleantech Open will provide 1 free drink per registered attendee. Each additional drink will have to be purchased from the bar, USING CREDIT CARDS ONLY. NO CASH ACCEPTED. Heavy appetizers will be provided.

Q: Where is the Thursday evening reception? And at what time on June 1st?

A: It's Thursday at 6:00 PM PT, and the location is The Lab Gastropub - 3500 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90007 - casual, no-host!
