Clean Seats for Kids – Policies
We know things can get hectic (we’re parents too!). Our goal is to make your experience smooth, professional, and stress-free. Please take a moment to review our policies before booking.
Booking & Cancellations
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations may incur a $10 fee to cover lost appointment time.
If we arrive for a scheduled pick-up and no one is available, we’ll wait 10 minutes before marking the appointment as missed.
Pick-Up & Drop-Off
We offer pick-up and drop-off services between 5:00-6:00 PM and return cleaned car seats by 9:00 AM the next morning.
For safety reasons, we ask that all car seats be uninstalled before pick-up, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
For drop-off services, exact address and drop-off instructions will be provided upon booking.
Cleaning Process & Liability
All car seats are cleaned using non-toxic, baby-safe products.
We follow manufacturer guidelines for disassembly and cleaning.
While we take great care in handling your car seat, Clean Seats for Kids is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, worn parts, or manufacturer defects.
We do not reinstall car seats in vehicles, as proper installation should be done by the parent or a certified technician to ensure safety.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of drop off.
We accept: Cash or Square (credit/debit card via tap, chip, or swipe).
If you are not present at drop-off, we ask that payment be sent ahead of time.
📸 Before & After Photos
We may take before & after photos for documentation and marketing purposes.
Personal details (like license plates or identifiable features) will never be shared publicly.
If you prefer we don’t use photos of your seat, just let us know!
