About the Program
The BTLED is an undergraduate program offered at Colegio ng Lungsod ng Batangas that equips learners with adequate and relevant competencies in Technology and Livelihood Education, particularly for the TLE explanatory courses from Grades 4 to 8, specializing in Information and Communications Technology (ICT).
Program Objectives
The curriculum seeks to produce highly qualified and driven secondary educators who are able to:
1. Exhibit comprehensive and well-organized knowledge and abilities in livelihood education and technology.
2. Develop and use a broad variety of teaching process abilities in the areas of lesson planning, curriculum creation, educational evaluation, materials development, and instructional strategies.
3. Exhibit a thorough comprehension of the learning process and effective facilitation techniques.
4. Possess advanced critical thinking, communication, numeracy, literacy, and learning abilities.Â
