Week of May 25
1 - Practice a health stress-relief strategy if you feel overwhelmed

2 - Do 15 minutes of activity that you loved in elementary school (rollerblading, hula hoop, jump rope, playing tag, etc.) at least one day this week
3 - Practice mindful eating. Put your utensil down between every bite during one meal this week. Chew, swallow & take a drink BEFORE you get another bite.
