Wydown parents and community members.
Do you love your career? Do you work in an interesting field?
We would like for a wide variety of careers to be represented. Based on career assessments done by our 7th & 8th Grade students earlier this semester we have identified some careers our students would like to learn more about (listed below). We are also open to other careers they may not have thought of yet.

What would I need to prepare?
Keep things simple and have fun!
Kids love stories. Interesting or exciting stories that you can tell about “a day in the life” in your career are always good.
What skills are required for your job? (strong math skills, creativity, etc.)
What do you love about your work?
Is your job predictable from day to day or different? Does it require a lot of travel?
If possible, visuals, demos or “props” help the students engage more in the learning, but are not required.
If you or someone you know are interested in presenting to our students we would love to connect! Please fill out the form via the link below to confirm your interest and a member of the Counseling team will connect with you shortly.
*The form will close Thursday, April 16th.
