Good morning, Kid Zone families!
Hopefully you all had an amazing weekend! April 22-26 is Afterschool Professionals Appreciation Week. During this week, it's the perfect time to recognize, appreciate, and advocate for those who work with young people during out-of-school hours. On Friday April 26, Kid Zone will be having our Full Day at Glenridge.
24-25 KZ Registration
Last day for Kid Zone priority registration for the upcoming school year (2024-2025) is TODAY!!
Priority registration is not a guarantee of acceptance into the program.
Program offerings at the elementary schools for the 2024-2025 school year will consist of AM full time, PM full time and AM/PM full time. (Family Center offerings will include 2, 3 and 4 day options for FC classes that meet 2, 3 or 4 days a week.)
Families will be advised of acceptance into program or waitlist status via email from lindavillaire@claytonschools.net no later than May 20.

Friendly Reminders
If you need to add a new pick up person to your child(ren)'s list, please email me their name and a good phone number or email. I will add them to the system in order to allow them to set up a ID/pin at pick-up. Let your pick-up person know that they need to have a form of photo ID at pick-up so that I can identify them.
For afternoon families in our program, once you have signed out your child(ren), we kindly ask that you make an effort to leave the premises shortly thereafter. Staying for a long period of time after signing out can lead to confusion for students still in the program and staff members, as it may disrupt the flow of activities and routines. Your understanding and cooperation means a lot to us.
