  • Quick turnaround on this newsletter to but there are some plugs I forgot to make at the banquet that require some attention in a timely manner.:

    • Tonight (11/15/22) there is a presentation at 6pm in the CHS library regarding student-athletes seeking to play college athletics. It can be a crazy process sometimes and getting tips and help from experts can be helpful. Click this link to sign up. The presentation is put on by Brad Wachler from the Sports Advisory & Consulting Practice Group at Lewis Rice. If you are at all considering playing college athletics, I highly recommend this presentation.

    • As mentioned last night be on lookout for more information regarding the Mercy group who will be piloting at strength and conditioning program starting in January. That is also highly recommended.

    • Again thank you all for being an amazing and supportive group.

  • Make sure you are in contact with your coach regarding uniform turn in and evaluations. Evaluations offer a road map for how to best compete for a varsity spot next season, please don't enter the off season without this valuable feedback. The link is to the evaluation toolkit we use to give feedback to the athletes about what they need to be thinking about when training and competing in the offseason.

  • Work hard.
