Engineering

Program Description

The Engineering program prepares students to become college and career-ready through the use of hands-on experiments that help students make real-world connections. This is a three-year program that will give students an introduction to Drafting and Design where they will learn geometric construction with different computer software. Students will also be able to engage in learning how to construct, wire, and program VEX robots and learn how to set up and create designs with 3D printers. The engineering program will not only allow students to engage in the classroom, but also outside of the classroom as they are able to to join the Technology Student Association (TSA). At the end of the three year program, students will be prepared to take an engineering exam that will provide them with professional credentials that will help students attain internships and acceptances into the country's top engineering colleges and universities.
