Huie Reads summer 2022
Welcome Readers!
Remember: Students who read a variety of books (digital and/or paper books) each day of the summer are better prepared for the new school year. Strive to read at least 30 minutes every day. Also, try to complete 2 books each week, including both fiction and nonfiction.

Through a partnership with the Clayton County Public Library, CCPS is enhancing Clayton Reads at Home by selecting ebooks from the eRead Kids Digital Library. Kindergarten through Grade 8 students have access to eRead Kids online (tinyurl.com/ereadkids) and/or on mobile devices by downloading the free Axis 360 app.
But first...It is asked that parents/guardians and/or students email the student's name and school name to claytonreads@clayton.k12.ga.us to receive an access code to these ebook libraries.
Other Reading Options
The Clayton County Public Library provides access to TumbleBook Library, a collection of hundreds of ebooks including animated picture books, read-along chapter books, videos, and more.
